Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 May 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tribunal hosted dashboard at app.tribunal.dev and the ingestion API at ingest.tribunal.dev(together, the "Service"). The Tribunal open-source software (PyPI / npm / GitHub) is governed by its MIT license, not these terms.
1. Account
You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure. One person per account.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not: attempt to break authentication, abuse rate limits, send telemetry on behalf of users who have not authorised your organisation, or attempt to extract another tenant's data.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe in USD, AUD, or GBP. Seat counts update at the next renewal. You may cancel any time from Settings; the subscription stays active until the end of the current period.
4. Data
Events you send to the ingestion API are stored against your organisation in our database and object storage. Retention is 90 days on the Team plan and 365 days on the Compliance plan. See the privacy policy for details.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but make no SLA promises outside of an executed Compliance plan agreement.
