Is the OSS tier really free forever?
Yes. MIT licensed. No usage meter, no telemetry, no expiring features.
What counts as a seat?
One human running an agent. Service accounts and CI runners are free.
Do you charge per event?
No. We absorb the Cloudflare + R2 cost up to fair-use limits (well above the 99th percentile of teams).
Can I move from cloud to self-hosted?
Yes. The OSS package is the same code that runs in the cloud. Export your data with tribunal audit export and re-import.
